Time to talk a little (or a lot) about propaganda and what it can achieve. The picture is of the Reichstag burning in 1933. It was an important turning point in German history but it was also a huge propaganda success. No, not for Dr Goebbels and his "big lie" but for a man whose name few can recall, Willi Munzenberg, who believed in many small lies.
