Timothy Kirkhope MEP has been re-elected as leader of the Conservative group in the European Parliament, with Sir Robert Atkinson re-elected as Deputy Chairman and Philip Bushill-Matthews as Treasurer. Say what you will about the Tories in the EP but they are doing a grand job as recruiters for UKIP.
