We've always said of Cameron that he is a poor politician, but this sort or arrogant stupidity will be the death of him. He is making himself a walking target. Then, I suppose, a fool and his vanity are not easily parted. He will go down with his pride, unaware even that he has done anything wrong.
At least the lame and the stupid recognise that it has been an own goal, describing the subsequent parliamentary exchanges as "epic squalor".
