All you need is love

Robert Halfon, pictured, is the Conservative candidate for Harlow, delivering The Boy's message to the nice black people (see page 116 of the manifesto). Meanwhile, the nice Tory Party will:
... explore ways to help the very poorest developing countries take part in international climate change negotiations, and work to make our aid "climate-smart";

... end Labour's use of the Export Credit Guarantee Department to support investment in dirty fossil fuel power stations, and instead use it to help spread new green energy technology to developing countries.
You can see why Halfon is delivering the message ... those nice black people will need something to do when it's dark and there are no "dirty fossil fuel power stations" to provide electricity.
