A history of failure

If we are to measure the concrete achievements of the global warming movement in terms of their great crie de coeur, carbon dioxide levels, this story in The Guardian would seem to attest to unremitting failure.

Last year, emissions from burning fossil fuels rose by 5.9 percent, bringing the total rise since 1990, the baseline year for calculating emissions under the Kyoto protocol, to 49 percent, an average rate of increase of about 3.1 percent a year.

God alone knows how much money has been wasted globally on the miasma of reducing CO2 levels, but one trusts that He will have passed the details down below, to enable the progenitors of this scare to be given their just deserts for their endeavours.

One also to be include is the Guardian picture editor, who inserts a photograph of smog-bound scene, presumably in China, to illustrate a piece about carbon dioxide, thereby perpetuating the lie that this plant food is a harmful pollutant.

Never in history has it ever been known that anyone has to wear a facemask because of CO2 levels – and what a waste of time that would be. Carbon dioxide is a colourless, odourless, tasteless gas. You might just as well try to filter the oxygen out of the atmosphere.

If pictures are worth a thousand words, though, this one demonstrates the extremes the warmists will go to in order to promote their religion – and that dishonesty and false representation are tools of their trade.
