Czech Republic signs agreement with USA

Condoleezza Rice has signed an agreement in Prague for the placing of a radar tracking system in the country. The deal has to be ratified by the Czech Parliament (who has already ratified the Constitutional Reform Lisbon Treaty though the President has not signed it) and the BBC thinks it is highly unpopular in the country.

There were demonstrations against the agreement but the level of unpopularity remains questionable.
